In line with the vision and mission of the General Civil Aviation Authority, GCAA is the first Federal Authority in the world to obtain the ISO standard (44001:2017)Collaborative business relationship management systems from SGS. This will be a continuous journey towards progress and administrative development In implementing the best global management practices.
H.E. Mr. Saif Al Suwaidi, the Director General, has appreciated all involved parties who have contributed to this success. H.E. has directed all concerned parties to implement the required standards in order to maintain sustainable partnerships. Furthermore, H.E. emphasized on the importance of developing internal procedures that facilitate the services provided to all internal and external customers and strategic partners.
