Real estate expert Walid Al Zarouni revealed that optimism dominated the UAE real estate market, especially after the historic achievement of the Abu Dhabi Stem Cell Center, who succeeded in developing stem cell therapy for new coronavirus (Covid-19).
Al-Zarouni, who heads the “W Capital” Real Estate Brokerage Company, said that the UAE recorded a historic achievement added to its honorable record, as it confirms its keenness to share the research and development to support international efforts in protecting humanity from this dangerous epidemic. The UAE topped the humanitarian landscape globally since the first day of this crisis.
He considered this great achievement “good news” and a landmark in the world’s efforts to get rid of this virus and recover from the crisis caused by the epidemic. The new therapy is expected to have positive effects on enhancing the performance of the national economy in general, and real estate sector in particular.
Walid Al-Zarouni pointed out that this achievement will definitely revive the real estate market, whereas trading and real estate investment in various emirates will witness strong returns, while this vital sector is still promising and will remain attractive to local and foreign investments.
He expected the real estate market in the UAE to recover once more, specifically in the second half of 2020, and early next year. That is to be boosted by the preparation for the Expo 2021 Dubai, which is an exceptional global event by all standards. The UAE and Dubai are striving to make the exhibition a huge global event and an everlasting celebration with great feelings of optimism about a brighter future after Covid-19 receded.
Al-Zarouni concluded: “I extend my sincere congratulations on this historic achievement to our wise leaders who have confirmed, since the first day of this crisis, their concern for the health and safety of all those residing on the bounteous UAE land, whether they are citizens, residents or visitors who were stranded here. It should be noted that the UAE Ministry of Economy, granted a patent for innovative and promising therapy with stem cells, as a therapy for infections of the (Covid-19), developed by a team of doctors and researchers at the Abu Dhabi Center for Stem Cells. The therapy includes extracting stem cells from the patient’s blood and re-injecting them after being activated.
